Sadness is often referred to as “the blues.” In actual psychology research, I learned it should actually be referred to as "the greys." With that said, I believe I do not need to further clarify the social-science behind it. Here is a grey space of silence today, for each and every single time I break down and weep. I wonder how many of such similar posts would make it to my feed and profile this entire year. Hopefully, not too much.

My eyes popped open at 3:44am... Couldn't catch my breath... Used the inhaler... One hour later (now), still feel tight on the chest, wheezy... *waiting for daylight* So imma gonna pay the doc a visit later...
